Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) to join a supportive school district in Norfolk, Virginia. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students in a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply; VDOE license or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language disorders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure

Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) license or eligibility

ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)
