Job summary

Charm City Therapy, a Maryland-based pediatric therapy center, seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in collaborative settings.

Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. We offer mentorship, supervision, and opportunities for career advancement, with on-site work in schools across Baltimore and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Maryland SLP license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• PTO and Sick Leave; ongoing CEUs and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write diagnostic reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support classroom communication needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document student progress toward IEP goals.
• Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
• Supervise and support other clinicians when applicable.
• Provide training and resources to school staff on communication disorders.
