Responsibilities include delivering therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and thorough documentation while supervising onsite SLPAs and participating in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Texas SLP license required.
• CCC from ASHA required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Willingness to supervise SLPAs onsite.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to varied student needs across ages.

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and document per guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities

• Work with educators, parents, and support staff to provide comprehensive care
• Supervise onsite SLPAs, offering mentorship and guidance to ensure service excellence

• Adapt therapy approaches to serve a district-wide caseload; specific assignments will be determined as the academic year progresses
