Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in North Carolina. The role involves evaluating and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings to support student goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in NC or eligible before start
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience with school-aged children preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff on student goals
• Maintain records and progress reports per school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and progress
