Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to support elementary students in a contract role.

The position requires a master's in SLP or CSD, current SLP-CCC, and valid state licensure with a focus on collaboration with teachers and families. 40 hours weekly in a school setting offers meaningful professional impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility).
• Experience with elementary students is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessments for elementary students as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions in group and one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and MDT members to support progress.
• Document goals, progress reports, and therapy notes per district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to success plans.
