Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Salem, OR area. Join a women- and therapist-operated company that values mentorship and collaboration to support students in a PreK-12 setting.

You will provide comprehensive speech-language services in schools, develop IEP goals, participate in meetings, and work with teachers and families to ensure skill carryover while maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP license (or CFY) required/acceptable.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
