Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Jacksonville, Florida. We partner with school districts nationwide to connect exceptional education professionals with meaningful opportunities where they can make a lasting impact on students.

Our team specializes in supporting school-based clinicians by providing access to rewarding assignments, professional resources, and dedicated support throughout their placement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• FLDOE Speech-Language Impaired endorsement/certification required for school-based practice.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA, or completion of Clinical Fellowship.
• Completion of supervised clinical experience.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and school-based service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and related needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Provide evidence-based interventions for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Maintain district- and state-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure appropriate services and accommodations.
• Support an inclusive learning environment.
