Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Florida state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.
• Conduct screenings, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.
• Provide training and resources to staff and parents to support speech and language development.
