Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services in educational settings. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to improve students' learning outcomes.

The role involves developing individualized therapy plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and documenting progress while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Valid licensure/certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Strong knowledge of language and speech disorder assessment and intervention.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver tailored therapy and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs through screening, evaluation, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve articulation, language skills, and overall communication.
• Track and document client progress and update plans as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
