Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Blaine, MN. The role is in-person, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a 3- or 4-tier PELSB SLP license requirement, serving early childhood ages 3-5.

We offer competitive pay of $55-60 per hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. Background checks and licensure reimbursement apply.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota SLP license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4) required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Previous classroom experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school-based professionals to support students.
• Deliver assessments, IFSP/IEP goals, and progress monitoring as appropriate.
