Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in Moline, IL for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves evaluating skills, delivering therapy, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes, with a 1.0 FTE and a 35-hour work week.

The position offers hybrid scheduling, W-2 employment with benefits, licensure/CEU reimbursements, and mileage support across sites to maximize field impact.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois PEL with School SLP endorsement.
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a PSC-approved program.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations
• Maintain confidential student records in accordance with regulations
• Support a range of student communication needs across school settings
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success
