Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Royalton, Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers $50–$60 per hour with a $10K sign-on bonus and guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even when disruptions occur. CCC-SLPs and CF-SLPs are welcome to apply.

The position emphasizes exceptional support, diverse clinical opportunities, and mentorship throughout fellowship and career growth in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active Vermont SLP license or eligibility.
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or special education setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in school-based settings.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving communication, independence, and educational success.
