Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students entering the school program for cognitive, speech, and language deficits.
• Evaluate and determine extent of communication problems via standardized tests and tasks.
• Provide individual and small group speech-language therapy.
• Complete Annual Review Reports, Program plan reports, evaluations and daily progress notes.
• Attend CSE meetings and provide in-service training to staff as needed.
• Input student data and speech goals into Clear Track IEP system.
• Develop and implement Speech Language goals within the student’s IEP.
