Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy across school-based, home-based and community settings on a per diem basis in Nassau & Suffolk Counties, NY.

The role involves implementing individualized IEP goals, performing evaluations, and collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to help children reach communication milestones.

Qualifications

• Pediatric or school-based experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy and evaluations as needed.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
