Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the East Bay area. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy to children with diverse communication needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop treatment plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.
