Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the Discovery Bay area. Join a clinician-led team focused on building communication skills and classroom success.

You will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and help develop IEP goals while collaborating with educators and families in a supportive school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.
