Job summary

Little City Foundation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services in accordance with Illinois State Board requirements. The role involves developing IEP goals, documenting progress, and collaborating with school teams throughout the year.

Must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with IL licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP. Travel to site locations and supervision of interns may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure in Illinois.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligible licensure.
• Experience with students with special needs including autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop IEP goals with the team based on assessments.
• Prepare IEPs with annual and short-term objectives.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide progress updates.
• Maintain records in compliance with Illinois and federal rules.
• Set up and operate clinical equipment for therapy sessions.
• Document therapy minutes and report to caseload.
• Collaborate with classroom teams to support IEP goals.
• Travel to Little City community sites as needed.
