Job summary

The Menta Education Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students under IEPs in Hillside, IL. The role involves providing speech-language services and collaborating with educators to support student communication goals.

Responsibilities include developing IEP goals, recording progress, supervising students, and traveling within the state as needed. A Master’s in SLP and IL licensure are required; CCC is preferred or CFY welcomed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license from IDFPR.
• Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students, in groups and individually, ensuring alignment with programmatic expectations.
• Provide educational direction and support during confusion, frustration, or emotional upset.
• Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for student caseload.
• Provide Speech-Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP.
• Maintain accurate related service logs updated weekly.
• Compensated intrastate travel required.
