Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians to support students receiving speech services in school settings for the 2026-2027 year. You will work 1:1 with students during their speech appointments and collaborate with teachers and SLPs to implement IEP goals.

Requirements include an associate’s degree preferred and the ability to work in-person; vaccination requirements may apply.

Job description

SPG Therapy & Education, is currently hiring Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians for school-based positions! You will work 1:1 with students who will receive Speech services for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Rate: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to students in school during speech appointments
• Facilitating participation in the speech services
• Collaborating with teachers and SLPs
• Supporting students’ educational programs and implementation of IEP goals
• Assisting teachers with data collection for student progress
