Job summary

RiseBoro Community Partnership is seeking a Social Worker to join our school-based programs at RiseBoro Beacon and IS 349. The role focuses on delivering social, emotional, and mental health services to youth in north Brooklyn as part of a NYS LEAPS funded initiative.

Responsibilities include family engagement, case management supervision of MSW interns, and coaching staff on positive youth development and SEL.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• New York State LMSW licensure or SIFI required.
• At least 2 years of experience in youth settings, working directly with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Engage families and community organizations to support students and families.
• Supervise MSW interns and guide comprehensive case management.
• Provide strengths-based social-emotional support to youth in after-school programs.
• Lead training and coaching for staff on positive youth development and SEL.
