Job summary

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Henderson, NC. This full-time position runs 37.5 hours weekly with school-year dates 10/5/26–6/10/27, delivering pediatric speech services in a classroom setting under supervision.

Caseloads are assigned by skill level and district needs; you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on evaluations and plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Communication Disorders (or equivalent).
• Active NC SLPA license required.
• New graduates and experienced SLPAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to children in a school setting.
• Caseloads assigned based on skill set, preferences, and current needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on evaluations and treatment plans.
• Utilize EMR or IEP online documentation systems.
• Experience with assistive listening technology preferred.
