Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in North Carolina for the 2026-2027 year. Work 37.5 hours weekly with standard school hours, through June 4, 2027, and earn a $2,500 bonus paid across December and assignment completion.

You will assess and treat students with speech and language needs, develop IEP-tailored goals, and collaborate with educators and families while documenting progress in compliance with school requirements.

Qualifications

• NC SLP license required
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Experience with assistive listening technology is preferred
• Strong collaboration with IEP teams and families
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Candidates using Voco SLP will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and provide support in group and one-on-one settings
• Engage in collaborative meetings with school staff and parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Guide staff and families in the use of assistive listening technologies

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school-based setting
• Demonstrated proficiency with assistive listening technology and devices
• Passion for student-centered care and collaboration across IEP teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Candidates utilizing Voco SLP will not be considered
