Job summary

Soliant is hiring an SLPA in Hacienda Heights, CA to support speech-language therapy for K–12 students. This full-time contract runs through 12/31/2026 with a structured 35-hour workweek and daily hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, supervised by an SLP and integrated into a collaborative educational team.

You will assist in developing and implementing strategies, documenting progress, and supporting IEP goals. Healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals are available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Experience in school setting preferred, especially K–12.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy under supervision of an SLP.
• Develop, modify, and adapt materials for individual needs.
• Document student progress and maintain records.
• Support implementation of IEP goals.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with professionals.
• Provide generalization and carryover support in classrooms.
