Job summary

Soliant seeks an SLPA to support students in a school setting near Hacienda Heights, CA. This full-time contract position runs through 12/31/2026 with a structured 8:30am–3:30pm schedule (35 hours/week). You will work under an SLP, helping implement speech-language strategies for K–12 learners.

Qualifications include CA SLPA licensure and school experience preferred. Expect collaboration with teachers and families and a positive, organized approach to caseloads and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active California licensure as SLPA required.
• Experience in school setting with K-12 students preferred.
• Strong communication with students, teachers, and families.
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple grades.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy under SLP supervision.
• Develop and modify materials for individual student needs.
• Document student progress with accurate records.
• Support implementation of IEP goals.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators.
• Provide carryover support across classroom environments.
