Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a North Carolina school setting. You will work under licensed SLP supervision on a full-year contract starting in early September, contributing to meaningful communication goals for diverse learners.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, assisting in IEP goal development, collecting progress data, and communicating with families and teachers to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Valid SLPA licensure or eligibility in North Carolina.
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings is valued.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering speech therapy sessions to students under the supervision of an SLP.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized IEP goals.
