Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026/2027 school year in Burlington, NC. This full-time role supports K-12 students with evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy services aimed at improving communication outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with an active NC license; ASHA CCCs are preferred. Collaboration with teachers and special education staff is key, including participation in IEP meetings and progress

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state SLP license required for the assignment.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs considered depending on district.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff.
• Attend IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed.
