Job summary

Point Quest Group in Bemidji, MN, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a full-time, school-based role. The position offers $28-$40 per hour, with a $2500 placement & completion bonus for 2026-2027 SY. MN SLPA license not required—eligibility to obtain.

You will provide direct speech therapy aligned to IEP goals under supervision, support screenings, data collection, and collaborate with teachers and families to help K-12 students communicate and thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current SLPA license or eligibility to obtain in the state of service preferred or required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under supervision.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress.
• Support the SLP with screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies.
