Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support middle school students in a Massachusetts school setting. This contract role offers 10 hours per week, with 1–2 days on-site, starting ASAP through June 21, 2027, in Rehoboth, MA.

You will deliver direct speech-language services per IEPs, collaborate with supervising SLPs, document progress, and help prepare materials aligned with student goals.

Qualifications

• Current, active SLPA License for Massachusetts
• Experience with school-aged children, preferably middle school
• Familiarity with educational settings and collaborative IEP processes
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Commitment to professional standards and student growth

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language services to middle school students per IEP requirements
• Work closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and school staff to implement therapy plans
• Document session notes, track student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the preparation of materials and activities tailored to student goals
• Participate in meetings, training, and collaboration to ensure comprehensive student support
