Qualifications

• Active SLP license for the state of Wisconsin.
• CCC-SLP required.
• Experience in school settings and familiarity with IEP processes.
• Ability to work with students from elementary through high school levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families.
• Organizational skills to effectively manage caseload documentation and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluation, assessment, and direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports regarding therapy sessions and student progress.
• Provide consultation and strategies to educators and families to support student communication skills in the school environment.
