Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site, school-based services for elementary students. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals.

The position involves delivering direct therapy, conducting assessments, and developing targeted treatment plans aligned with IEPs, with a focus on student-centered outcomes and compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CCC in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Oregon state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Dedication to helping students achieve individualized goals.
• Onsite service delivery; teletherapy not available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students based on IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student-centered planning.
• Educate staff and families on strategies to facilitate communication development.
