Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor to join our Washington team, supporting K-12 students across multiple school communities. This full-time, school-based leadership role blends direct service with supervision of SLPs and SLPAs to ensure compliant, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Current CCC-SLP credential from ASHA.
• Active Washington SLP license or initiation of licensure transfer before start date.
• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes and school-based SLP services.
• Experience providing clinical supervision or leadership to SLPs/SLPAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support SLPs and SLPAs, including onsite observations, feedback, coaching, and caseload consultation.
• Carry an assigned student caseload and provide evaluation and IEP services.
• Develop measurable, student-centered IEP goals and monitor progress with clinical data.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and team meetings across multiple school locations.
• Review service delivery and documentation for quality and compliance.
