Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students’ communication and language development in a school setting. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to identify needs and tailor interventions.

In this contract role, you’ll conduct assessments, develop therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, and deliver services in classrooms and small groups. Strong collaboration and documentation are essential for student progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility is required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility is required.
• School experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy in classroom and small-group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support progress.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and required reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Provide education and resources to families and staff on communication strategies.
• Stay informed of best practices in the field.
