Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona SLP licensure/certification or eligibility to obtain the credential.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred/required based on position requirements.
• Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess students to identify speech, language, communication and related needs.
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals.
• Provide direct and/or consultative services for communication disorders.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in line with district rules.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings.
