Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students throughout the school year. New grads are encouraged to apply and will work under supervision to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in a collaborative school setting.

The role emphasizes developing individualized therapy plans, participating in IEP meetings, documenting progress, and guiding families. A Kansas SLP license and ASHA CCCs or CFY are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY accepted for eligibility.
• Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and knowledge of IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal development; document progress and maintain records.
• Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers.
