Job summary

Platinum Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Palm Springs, CA school-based team. This full-time, in-person role offers $55–$86 per hour plus a sign-on bonus, with competitive benefits and clinical support.

You'll conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to students. The position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and specialists to help students achieve communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP license/credential or eligibility to obtain the appropriate California credential.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other members of the educational team.
• Help create a positive, supportive environment that promotes student growth.
