Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Palm Springs, CA. This full-time, academic-year role involves evaluating speech and language needs, creating IEP goals, and delivering therapy within a collaborative school team.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s in SLP, CA license or eligibility, and preferably CCC-SLP or CF experience. Competitive pay, benefits, and relocation/travel stipends are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• California SLP license or eligibility required/approved.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per state/district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support students with articulation, fluency, language, and social communication needs.
