Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Moore, Oklahoma for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, on-site position offers guaranteed hours and a collaborative environment with district and TheraPeds support.

You will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, develop and monitor IEP goals, and work with students across elementary to high school, using AAC as appropriate. Competitive pay: $55–$65/hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Oklahoma SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based certification/credential as required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.
• Experience working with children in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Support AAC use and other communication needs as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP/eligibility/reevaluation meetings.
