Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Cherokee, Oklahoma. This role focuses on providing therapy, assessments, and IEP development for students across elementary to high school levels.

Candidates should have a Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure, and ASHA CCC credentials; school-based experience is preferred. The position offers guaranteed hours, collaborative teams, and professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State Licensure as SLP.
• Department of Education Licensure as SLP.
• National License: ASHA.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• The SLP provides therapy services to students and conducts assessments.
• Develops IEP plans and evaluates progress with teams.
• Collaborates with therapists, educators and parents.
• Direct therapy, consultations, evaluations and case management.
• Maintains documentation and planning time.
