Job summary

Soliant seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role serving a cluster of schools in the Lapeer, MI area. You’ll work at a single site with a manageable caseload, maximizing meaningful time with students and reducing travel.

ASAP through June 11, 2027, you’ll deliver services from pre-K through high school, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress in a structured education environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP credential.
• Active Michigan licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in school-based settings is highly desirable.
• Confidence addressing diverse student needs including autism spectrum.
• Strong collaboration with educators and families.
• Desire to impact student learning in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students pre-K through high school.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Work primarily with mild to moderate cases; no severe caseload.
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with families and educational teams to support student progress.
• Serve each school site for full days—no mid-day travel between locations.
