Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support PreK and Kindergarten students in a Michigan school setting. This full-time contract runs from August 24, 2026 through June 10, 2027, offering up to 40 hours per week with some flexibility for part-time or hybrid schedules.

Qualifications

Current, active Michigan SLP license required (please submit a screenshot of license verification).
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience working with PreK and Kindergarten populations in a school-based environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on early learning needs.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to developing student goals.
Conduct assessments, write progress notes, and maintain required documentation.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student growth.
Work according to school policies and professional best practices.
