Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLP-CCC) or SLPA to cover a maternity leave contract for middle and high school students in Florida. The role focuses on delivering direct therapy and creating IEP goals within a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess, document, and report progress while collaborating with teachers, families, and special education staff. Prior school experience and CCC preferred for the SLP track.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC preferred) or SLPA.
• Experience in a school-based setting (middle/high school strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and caseload management skills.
• Commitment to fostering student growth and advocating for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services for eligible students on your caseload.
• Develop IEP goals, conduct assessments, and maintain timely documentation.
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families.
• Offer consultation and support to classroom teachers regarding student needs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring.
