Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support students on maternity leave coverage in local California schools. You will assess, treat, and plan interventions aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with a supportive student services team.

The assignment runs December through May, full-time 35 hours per week, with a caseload of about 55 students. You will work with teachers, families, and staff to promote growth in functional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC certification and CA licensure mandatory.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families.
• Support students in gaining functional communication skills.
• Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
