Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in a West Palm Beach area school. You will screen, assess, and treat students' speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders during school hours, aligned with IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered.
• Experience with school-age children and IEP processes is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to student growth and collaboration with educational staff.

Responsibilities

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' educational goals.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school/district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide training and resources to staff and families on supporting effective communication strategies.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs across grade levels.
