The role requires a master's in SLP, Florida licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP preferred. You will develop IEPs, provide therapy, document progress, and collaborate with educators and families in a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• School setting experience desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication skills for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services.
• Document student progress and maintain required records in accordance with district and federal guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to design and review student support strategies.
• Offer guidance and training to teachers and support staff on best practices for communication facilitation in the classroom.
