Job summary

Charm City Therapy in Owings Mills, Maryland, is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for our school-based team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write diagnostic reports.
Develop and implement IEPs for eligible students.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom communication needs.
Participate in IEP meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
Document progress toward IEP goals.
Support literacy and language development initiatives.
Supervise and mentor clinicians as applicable.
Provide training and resources to school staff on communication disorders.
