Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Elk Grove, California, is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required and CFs are welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 depending on the school calendar.

Qualifications include CA SLP license or eligibility, fingerprint and TB clearance. Onsite school-based setting with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
