Job summary

SPEECHCOM, INC in Southern California is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLP-Clinical Fellow for an in-person role with our school-based team in Fullerton. You’ll work with preschool and elementary students, receive strong CF mentorship, and grow your clinical confidence in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State license in Speech-Language Pathology (California) required.
• Clinical Fellows must have completed their Master's Program and be ready to apply for temporary licensure (mentorship available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing or speech and language evaluations and document results.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for speech-language disorders.
• Instruct students in effective communication techniques.
• Consult with educators on speech/hearing topics and strategies.
• Design or employ assistive communication devices or strategies.
• Use computer applications to support communication needs.
• Write reports and maintain documentation including IEP goals.
