Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the Antioch, CA area, with leadership responsibilities mentoring SLPAs and CFs.

You will conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, provide direct therapy, supervise clinical staff, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, OTs, and psychologists to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CA SLP license or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPAs, CFs, providing clinical guidance and oversight.
• Provide CF supervision, mentorship, feedback, and professional development support.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, pragmatics, and AAC.
