Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the South Bay area. CFs welcome to apply. The role provides a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement IEP goals, while collaborating with teachers, OTs and other staff to facilitate student success in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA SLP license active or eligibility required.
• Experience or interest in pediatric/school-based populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.
