Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Eugene, Oregon. This full-time role supports students across multiple ages with diverse communication needs within a school setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP goals, therapy services, and collaboration with educators and families. Prior school experience and CCC-SLP are preferred; CF candidates are encouraged to apply. Competitive weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per state and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support students with articulation, fluency, language, social communication, and related disorders.
